Position: Home Health Aide (CNA / HHA)

Schedule: Flexible

Compensation: $25 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must have a current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification

  • Must have a valid work permit

  • Reliable vehicle for transportation

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety

  • Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health status

  • Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients maintain a positive outlook

  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNA or HHA

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Reliable and professional

  • Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
